WALI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
WhatsApp account risk
WALI connects to WhatsApp using an unofficial connection. WhatsApp may, at its sole discretion, restrict, block, or ban any account that uses third-party tools. You use WALI at your own risk. WALI and Quantana are not responsible for any WhatsApp account that is blocked, banned, suspended, or otherwise restricted as a result of using this service.
No guarantee of lead detection
Lead detection relies on keyword matching and AI analysis. We do not guarantee that every lead will be detected, and the service may produce false positives or miss relevant messages. You are responsible for verifying any lead before acting on it.
AI-generated content
Draft replies and summaries are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always review AI-generated content before sending. WALI and Quantana accept no liability for content you choose to send.
No uptime guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific level of availability or uptime. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or factors beyond our control.
Third-party services
WALI depends on third-party services including WhatsApp, AI providers, email and notification providers, and database hosting. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these third parties, including any changes they make that affect WALI.
Your responsibilities & compliance
You are solely responsible for using WALI in compliance with all applicable laws, including consent requirements, anti-spam laws, and the data-privacy rights of the people in your WhatsApp groups. You confirm you have the right to monitor the groups you connect.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WALI and Quantana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, accounts, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Data loss
While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for keeping your own records of any important information.
Changes & termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of WALI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
